Public bid by the middle of January 2007
The Managing Board announced that it would make a public bid for the remaining 46% of Graphisoft
shares by the middle of January 2007, also at a price of EUR 9. On 10 January 2007, the Managing Board
will provide detailed information on the transaction at a press conference in Munich.
